Special Cases
Train Cancelled: Full refund without cancellation charges
Train Running Late (more than 3 hours): Full refund if TDR filed before actual departure of train
Tatkal Tickets: No refund for confirmed Tatkal tickets. For waitlisted Tatkal tickets, normal waitlist cancellation rules apply
